Getting Started

1. Create Your Account

Sign up for a free trial to get started. No credit card required.

  • Visit the registration page and enter your details
  • Verify your email address
  • Set up your company profile

2. Add Your Locations

Set up the physical locations where your inventory is stored.

  • Go to Settings > Locations
  • Add warehouses, offices, or storage areas
  • Assign managers to each location

3. Create Categories

Organize your inventory with categories and subcategories.

  • Navigate to Inventory > Categories
  • Create parent and child categories
  • Add custom icons and colors

4. Add Your Items

Start adding equipment and stock to your inventory.

  • Click "Add Item" in the Inventory section
  • Enter details, photos, and custom fields
  • Generate QR codes for easy scanning

Check-out & Check-in

Track who has what equipment and when it's due back.

  • Select an item and click "Check Out"
  • Choose the user and set a due date
  • Automatic reminders for overdue items
  • Check in with condition notes

Reservations

Allow staff to reserve equipment in advance.

  • View availability calendar

  • Convert reservations to check-outs

Maintenance
