5. Subscription and Payment

Stocktric offers various subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to Stocktric. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stocktric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked. You may export your data before termination. We retain data for 30 days after account closure.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
