4. Subscription Plans

You retain all rights to the data and content you upload to Stocktric. By using our service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Stocktric for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws, to infringe on intellectual property rights, to harass or harm others, to spread malware, or to interfere with the service's operation.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

13. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Stocktric be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
