What is Equipment Reservations?
Stocktric's reservation system lets your team book the equipment they need ahead of time β meeting rooms full of kit, cameras for a shoot, tools for a job. Availability is checked automatically, so two people can never reserve the same item for the same time.
How it works
Users pick an item, choose a date and time range, and submit the reservation. Stocktric checks for conflicts against existing bookings, check-outs and maintenance windows before confirming. Managers can approve or decline requests, and the reservation automatically becomes a check-out when the time comes.
Why it makes your workflow faster
Shared equipment fails when bookings live in diaries and chat messages. A real reservation system means everyone can see what's free, plan their week, and trust that the kit they booked will actually be there.
