What is User Management & Roles?
Stocktric is built for teams. Add every member of staff — there's no per-seat penalty for read access — and give each person the exact permissions their job needs. Administrators manage everything, regular staff check items in and out, and managers approve requests and run reports.
How it works
Invite users by email and assign them a role. Role-based permissions control who can add and edit items, manage users, approve reservations, see costs and run exports. Each user gets their own My Items page showing everything assigned to them, and every action is attributed to a named person.
